At Uno's Jerky, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review your case and offer either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong items, please:
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number in your message
- Describe the issue in detail
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can typically be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
